Hatha teacher, Slow Vinyasa, pre-natal yoga, post-natal recovery
After many years of living in a “high-speed” world, yoga and meditation opened my doors to that timeless space, rich in ancient wisdom, where you can find the beauty that everyone encloses in it.
Practical yoga with enthusiasm because it allows me to be a better person: healthier, more aware, more joyful, more in touch with the essence of what surrounds me.
What was your professional career?
Certified since 2006, I studied Hatha yoga in the tradition of TKV Desikachar, deepening the different aspects of traditional yoga as described by Patanjali. I have experienced different yoga styles over time (especially Vinyasa and Anusara), deepening the aspects that most passionate about. Lastly, having experienced the benefits of yoga in pregnancy, I have also specialized in pre-natal yoga. I have chosen a “fluid” course where I can continue to express all my curiosity: I continue to study passionately postural and emotional anatomy (also in relation to psychosomatics) and conscious movement techniques. Practical meditation for over 10 years, especially Vipassana.
Why City ZEN?
To open the doors of CityZEN, for me, it’s like coming home, in the international yoga centers where I’ve studied and practiced for many years: a bright and welcoming space, focused on yoga, where you can experience different styles and multiple teachers, but where you can also pamper yourself and recharge energetically.
Training: The Yoga Academy 200hrs Teacher Training 2006 (BWY & YA); associated with YANI (Yoga National Teachers Association) since 2009;
specialization in Yoga Prenatal with Ornella Rizzo (2009);
Anusara Yoga Immersion with Jayendra Hanley (2010); Vipassana meditation.
