Our programs have been developed with the concrete objective of addressing the most common problems in the company such as the development of motivation and concentration, improve relationships, reduce stress and anxiety and thus achieve physical and mental balance. These paths make use of ancient and modern tools such as yoga and meditation, mindfulness and coaching. We develop an ad hoc path adapted to your needs, with modalities, tools, location and timing decided with you.
Corporate Welfare is a system of initiatives through which companies take charge of the needs of their employees by granting benefits, subject to tax relief, not in cash but in the form of goods and services.
City ZEN offers a wide range of holistic wellness services for the benefit of employees and your Welfare programs
City ZEN offers conventions for employees, who are facilitated by company agreements to take advantage of discounts on individual and group yoga and meditation classes and more. Our center is open 7 days a week with extended hours and offers over 100 classes per week, with a choice of different styles of yoga, pilates and martial arts.
