Our Basics Yoga has a twofold value: to introduce people who have no experience in the multi-faceted world of yoga and to bring back those who have already practiced the fundamental principles, through a deepening of the main postures (asanas).
Basics Yoga consists of slower lessons, accompanied by more descriptions, directions and comments from teachers. They are perfect for an introduction to the basic positions of yoga and for a greater understanding of the practice.
