Why Yoga?
Passion drives me. I love yoga, I love the way it has changed my physique, my mind and the positive changes it has brought into my life. I also love teaching yoga and witnessing the same changes in my friends and students.
I love that yoga is a complete and complex discipline, a life philosophy, and ancient tool and powerful science that each person can make his/her own and, even a small bit, and derive enormous benefits.
What is your professional path?
I started practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa in 2007; after years of gym, fitness and kickboxing, I finally found a discipline that works not only on strength and endurance, but also on lengthening and flexibility. I immediately dedicated myself to a daily practice of yoga and meditation, extending from an Ashtanga practice into different styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha and Kriya Hatha. Practicing throughout my pregnancy, I derived enormous psychophysical benefits. I began studying the meditative techniques of Kriya Yoga by Roy Eugene Davis in 2008, a direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda. I graduated from Kriya Yoga Ashram in 2013 as a teacher of Kriya Yoga Integral, obtaining the Yoga Alliance 200h RYT certification. I immediately began teaching with great passion to individuals, groups, and companies. I aspire to transmit to students the power and beauty of this ancient scientific art. In 2018 I earned the 500h RYT certification with Odaka Yoga.
Nel 2020 ottengo una nuova certificazione con Dhugal Meachem per YIN YOGA, e sempre nel 2020 YOGA KIDS con Odaka
