I watch, I listen, I welcome. For me, yoga is about sharing, giving ideas, showing different angles and experiencing every facet of oneself. Emotions that emerge, experiences that come back, schemes that melt, without forcing, in respect of their own Being. Being able to take your bright parts and, in the same way, the parts in the shade. Being the container and the water at the same time.

My first approach to yoga was in conjunction with massage, initially Shiatsu and then love for Thai. Only after several years, eager to deepen the philosophy and other aspects of Yoga, I began a course for teachers of Yoga integrals of tantric tradition. Trips to India also took place. The desire to know led me to experiment with Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Anusara, but also complementary practices with more “lunar” dimensions. I started to study and practice Yin Yoga, learning to abandon myself, to let go of patterns, judgments, and feel more and more that union between body and mind that breath creates, inside and out. Wealth and inspiration also come from Yoga in pregnancy, Womb Yoga (a practice that takes into account the cyclicity of the feminine cycle), Yoga Nidra and Somatic Yoga.
