A detoxifying practice
Very intense physical and mental work. The practice takes place in a heated room with a temperature of at least 25 degrees. The positions are held for a long time, we work a lot with the strength of the center, the abdominal position and with inversions and positions in which we tend to have reactions of fear. Through duration and intensity we quickly come to direct confrontation with our mind and our mental structures that dominate our lives. It’s about staying and not running away, it’s about facing and accepting in order to grow. Forrest Yoga is highly therapeutic. Practiced in the utmost safety through slowness and supports, it works intensely on the body and spirit.
During the day of the Hot Forrest class it is important to remember to drink at least 1 and a half liters of water.
