Pilates is a marvellous technique that combines concepts inspired by oriental disciplines such as yoga, which allow the subject to work on controlling their body through breathing, coordination, and concentration. It is an excellent physical and mental workout.

I have been studying classical dance since I was 11 years old and attended a professional training course for dancers. Later I started teaching both dance (Academy of the Scala – Course for dance teachers) and Pilates (certified CovaTech Pilates Teacher).

I find that in this space there is the possibility to enjoy a wide range of practices from all areas of the holistic world.
