Odaka Yoga

A fluid practice inspired by the motion of the waves

It is an innovative style of yoga respecting the tradition, which finds inspiration in the motion of the ocean and its waves; it merges the Bushido (the Way of the Warrior), the millenary practice of yoga and the principles of body biomechanics, to express physically and emotionally the principles of adaptability, transformation and inner strength. This dynamic style is expressed through its sequences of yoga poses that through the flow of inner energy, borrowed from the martial arts, makes the transition as important as the pose.

A fusion that aims to release physical, mental and emotional tensions and contractions while giving a quiet mind and immediate action. Moving from the connective tissue, we tune in one vertebra at a time, the muscles are asked for a new and different movement that strengthens and renews them, thus creating a new movement in the mind.
