Vinyasa

A dynamic practice

Vinyasa flow) is a dynamic form of yoga, where we move and flow with the breath to connect postures in a sequence. Vinyasa connects body, mind, and breath into one flow. The chaining of transitional movements close and open the asana (postures) to lead the student from one pose to the next with fluidity.

There is no set series in Vinyasa, each class is a new beginning and a new journey within a vigorous, yet accessible sequence that works the body leaving the practitioner pleasantly satisfied and relaxed.
