
Preparation and practice of arm and vertical positions
We will be experimenting with techniques and alignments for a solid foundation in balance positions.
on the arms and in handstands.
We will warm up and strengthen the parts of the body most affected: arms, shoulders, chest and abdomen.
Among the positions we are going to develop:
Bakasana and Kakasana variations (crow and crane)
Astavakrasana (8 angle pose )
Mayurasana (peacock pose)
Pincha Mayurasana (peacock with upturned tails)
Handstand (handstand on arms)

MARCO GIUSSANI Out of passion I started practising in 2007 in Dubai, India and Thailand. In 2016 I decided to abandon my career in fashion and devote myself full time to yoga, becoming certified in Hatha Yoga – 200 hours in Rishikesh, India. I continued my studies with a 50 hour TTC of Rocket Yoga, and deepened the study of Thai massage in Chang Mai, Thailand and Italy to become certified in 2018 as a sports and de-contracting masseur.
