“I love myself” is a day of real personal care, a sort of “SPA day”, where you will be able to dedicate yourself completely to the health of your mind and body.
Tiziana Santi, better known on Instagram as @thepinkycloud, will guide you through two workshops dedicated to your psycho-physical well-being, a real pampering for your body and mind.
Two complementary and innovative practices where you can experiment, let go, rediscover yourself and relax.
You will practice Vinyasa yoga flow, yin yoga, meditation, mindfulness exercises and journaling.
Many different practices with a single aim: to make you feel and look GOOD.

WORKSHOP 1 « RELEASE »
Sunday morning from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m.
Let go of old mental patterns that prevent you from taking care of yourself and return to being present and aware of your needs, well present with your mind in the HERE and NOW.
First, we will discover what it means to be mindful, and we will do this by deactivating our AUTOMATIC PILOT with a Mindfulness exercise. We will then flow between movement and breath, thanks to a dynamic and liberating Vinyasa Yoga Flow practice and a meditation in movement.
We will then conclude with a moment of recollection and journaling.
What will you experience in this workshop? To switch off the autopilot, reconnect with your needs and let go of what you don’t need.
WORKSHOP 2 “RECONNECT”
Sunday afternoon from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Listening, stability, grounding and centring are the key words of this second meeting.
Accustomed to living in daily frenzy and mental chaos, slowing down for many becomes the most difficult challenge….but it is essential to learn to listen to oneself and find one’s serenity.
In this workshop a Yin yoga practice awaits you, in which we will pause and ground ourselves, finally giving ourselves permission to relax completely.
We will work on listening to ourselves through meditation, relying on mindfulness to regain our stability and steadiness. We will then conclude with a final circle and journaling.
What will you experience in this workshop? To get into the mode of BEING instead of DOING, to listen to yourself fully and give yourself permission to relax completely.
