The practice of asanas, meditation and breathing techniques are intended to show us the way to learn to be with what is without rejecting or opposing it.
During the time on the mat, the body and breath come together in a dance accompanied by notes and sounds that flow through us, just like our emotions.
We meet our limits and blocks and can transform the limit into creative power.

This meeting will be a real balm for body and mind.
We will open a space for sincere and emotional listening, the atmosphere created in these types of practices facilitates listening and the flow of our emotions.
