Each session consists of an introduction to the practice and intent. Warm-up, dynamic practice with pranayama and asana on the theme of reference, relaxation and meditation to conclude, final sharing in a circle and open exchange of content and intent. Session duration 120 minutes. The practice that we present through the path of the 3 appointments will accompany us to cleanse body mind spirit deep inside and prepare us to welcome new information. With the experience we are leaving behind us in which fragile in the face of the course of events we have become prey to eggregore of fear and uncertainty, many among us have been overwhelmed by a new light of transformation. An agitated and fearful mind produces inconsistent and trudging behaviors and decisions. 1. Let’s Light the Flame – Friday, May 27, 1830-2030The dynamics that have influenced each of our lives over the years have taught us that when we are not aligned with our nature, the physical body weakens. To affirm and maintain physical and inner well-being, yoga shows us a way. Beginning practice allows you to work deep into muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments. We get in touch with the body from the inside. This practice can reduce symptoms of many chronic diseases and is a great prevention activity. 2. The Inner Fire – Saturday, May 28, 1400-1600In yoga there are no good or less good people, gifted or incapable. The results you get depend first and foremost on one thing: regularity in practice. That said, each of us has different physical characteristics that must be respected, and gradualness, a basic principle of yoga, allows each person to find the type of practice that suits their needs. We will build a body-mind realignment practice to regain form and correct posture for everyone. We will get in touch with a sequence dedicated to ignite the inner stove, regenerate life force, fuel to nourish the movement that eliminates excess toxins and burn transforming dense energies into subtle vibrations for body mind and spirit. Recommended for new practitioners, easy access for all levels of experience. The session concludes with a meditation.
3. The Harmonic Frequency of the Heart – Sunday 29 May 1400-1600 We live in a metropolitan reality where sharing and interdependence among people who share common spaces nurtures growth and evolution in the community. When we begin to understand that everyone depends on everyone else, everything is important to the system that holds us together. A sequence in which asanas are connected by a fluid and harmonious movement in which prana-absorbing abilities in dense and subtle bodies are extended and expanded. becomes an equally effective emotional flow beneficial to body mind spirit. The practice with focus on extensions and openings resonates the heart frequency at the center of everything, regenerates life energy, leads to a state of clarity of mind, awareness, awakened creativity, deep inner peace, dance and celebration. The harmonic frequency of the heart activates your imagination, intention and intuition working for your highest and most lasting purpose.
ANTONIO E MARIA Antonio and Maria are a couple in life. That Love is an instrument of self-knowledge has been known for a long time. For the two of them, Love has set in motion powerful and extraordinary energies and living in yoga is continuous inspiration. Antonio Spera founded the school SPERA HOT YOGA in Milan in 2011 inspired by the bikram method. She continues her training in Traditional Indian Hatha Yoga, Ana Forrest and delves into Native American spiritual teachings and traditions. The meeting with Maria and the paths with Odaka Yoga lead the two to develop together and over the years the awareness of the master TKV Desikachar according to which everyone develops their own personal practice. Maria Avaro became passionate about yoga with her practice in the heat. She became co-founder of the SPERA YOGA center in Monza and appreciated by the community, she lives the practice both for adults and children in the elementary schools of Monza. Antonio and Maria teach yoga by guiding you to value every moment on and off the mat. The dynamic Yoga that is proposed by Antonio and Maria, easy to access for all, has an impact on physical mental and emotional health, a key benefit for a modern society in search of that harmonious social innovation.
