The experience and understanding of their energies makes possible the dynamic integration of body and mind, inner and outer, relative and absolute and the overcoming of dualism in respect of multiplicity.
During the workshop, in addition to the necessary theoretical explanations, we will experience the energy of the 7 evolutionary Chakras through the practice of Asana, Pranayama (yoga breathing), Mudra, Mantra, visualisations and easy meditations.
Maurizio Morelli is the founder and head of the Free School of Hatha Yoga Hamsa as well as the creator of the Pranayoga Method, a precise and at the same time soft teaching method, respectful of individual limits but capable of enhancing the potential that each of us has within ourselves. A practitioner of yoga since his early youth, Maurizio has studied with a large number of masters in Italy and India.
Born in 1951, he started teaching Hatha Yoga in the late 70s; since then he has also published several books and DVDs on Yoga, about forty, and written dozens of articles and essays for specialised magazines. Maurizio is a CONI certified teacher and trainer
